For the 2022 Domestic Season, the East Coast Conference will begin with 4 teams in the Central division and over time expand to multiple divisions each with up to 4 teams.

West Coast Conference

For the 2023 season, the West Coast Conference will introduce 4 teams in the Southwest Division
