James has played sports all his life and received a scholarship to play football in Virginia. An unfortunate motorcycle accident was the cause of James becoming an amputee. He started wheelchair sports in 2017 and has enjoyed playing being able to continue being an athlete and trying new sports. James is married and has 3 children.
